He has incredible foresight, financial acumen and enterprising spirit. He is the most versatile character and uses innovative methods to deal with complex problems. In spite of its modest beginning, the company reached the pinnacle of glory in a short span of time because of his prime qualities and it renders diverse professional services under his astute stewardship. After formally resigned from the firm, he is only overseeing and contributing to the growth of the firm.

CA Ashish Bhala, man behind foundation of B & B, born in 1982. He has distinction of qualifying as C.A. alongwith graduation at the age of just 23 years. He has also completed ISA from the ICAI.

CA Ashish Bhala has total experience of over 20 years in the hardcore profession of Chartered Accountancy. He has in his credit experience in the field of Taxation, Audit, Accounting, SEBI & Company Law Matters including mergers & acquisitions, financial services including restructuring, transaction advisory, HR structuring, etc. He also has advantage of working with the reputed firms of the profession during his articleship tenure thereby gaining versatile exposure and understanding of the financial statements of large companies. He has vide exposure of handling Survey, Search & Seizure cases at all levels upto ITAT especially real estate projects, retail industries, manufacturing industries.
